GROUP YOGA
Yoga = Union
A vinyasa style yoga class focusing on the fundamentals of asana and the connection between mind, body, and breath as a community.
KIDS YOGA
"Peace Begins With Me"
Teaching the basics of yoga in a fun, creative way while improving physical and mental health, confidence, and social skills. Each class covers asana, breath, meditation, and philosophy through movement, song, dance, stories, and imagination.
