MY STORY
How I started and where I'm headed.
I started practicing yoga around 2001 and fell in love with the challenge of the body-mind connection yoga provides. After I became a parent, I started to have some symptoms that I later learned were anxiety. It was then when I started to dive deeper into meditation to help manage the anxiety and avoid medications. In 2019 I took the leap and enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training, but the journey didn't stop there. Upon graduation I was yearning for more and become a Certified Kids Yoga Teacher with CE certificates in Kids Anatomy, Teen Yoga, Accessible Yoga for Kids, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and Diversity Training. Yoga opened so many doors for my health and wellness journey that I continued to become a Certified Holistic Nutritionist with CE certificates in Hormones & Toxins, Gut Health & Autoimmune Diseases. I have a passion for health and wellness and for sharing with others the tools they need to live their healthiest lives.
