I am a 200hr Registered Yoga Teacher and hold certifications in Kids Yoga, Accessible, Diverse, and Trauma Informed. The essence of my teaching is to facilitate self-growth by helping you identify any mind, body, and spiritual challenges, so that you can overcome them in a positive way, with confidence. My core training is in vinyasa style yoga. Vinyasa means to place in a special way. Each class I teach is thoughtfully planned with an intention for my students to leave their mat in the utmost satvic (peaceful) physical and mental state that they can carry throughout their day.

In addition to yoga, I am a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness Coach and Level 1 Sound Healer. I guide my client's through appropriate nutrition, daily habits, and mindfulness so they can reach their goals.

Self care & wellness is very important to me, but so is caring for our mother, Earth. I created a line of all natural products including artisan soap, candles, yoga mat and block cleaning spray, and holistic oil blends. I use the simplest ingredients to ensure what we put on our bodies is safe. Not only are my soaps played off yoga asana (poses), my products are based on Ahimsa, the principal of non-violence towards all living things, staying health conscious towards humans, animals, and Earth.
